Description: 

The goal of this brochure was to create a product that parents of epileptic children could give to their teachers to educate them on how to handle an epileptic episode specific to the child. Inside the gate fold is a poster for display, explaining all the steps. The back panel provides a form for the parent or physician to fill out specific to the child so the teacher may have it easily on hand. Purple was used throughout since it is the color for epilepsy awareness.
