Description: 

This piece was created for an anesthesiologist publishing a case study paper on a challenging lung isolation performed on a two-year-old with abnormal tracheal anatomy. "A" depicts normal tracheal anatomy and "B" depicts the child's abnormal anatomy (a tracheal bronchus) and the anesthesiologist's approach to isolating the lungs with bronchial blockers.
